The deliverables
The documents containing the project’s results relevant to replication and transfer actions have been published on the LIFE Pinna website. These are specifically the so-called “deliverables”, those products or documents developed over the four years of work that have tangible and concrete results because coding every activity carried out to date. These include best practices, transplant techniques, and protocols useful for replicating the researchers’ work. The goal is to maximize their dissemination, ensure replicability, standardize the activities, and share them with as many stakeholders as possible. The page contains, for example, the protocols for collecting and transporting Pinna nobilis individuals or the small tissue fragments required for genetic analysis, as well as a video explaining how to perform the transplants and a report describing purpose and means of providing financial support to third parties.
